Diversity and Inclusion in the Board Room

Diversity and inclusion are becoming more and more common in boardrooms, executive suites and C-suites around the world. They have gone from being mere slogans or pledges to actual.

These meetings can be focused on the company, but it is crucial to remember that decisions taken there affect everyone, from the employees to the shareholders to the economy. These meetings are highly planned and adhere to a set of rules and procedures (such as Robert’s Rules of Order).
